Purim is Jewish holiday when we tell the story of Queen Esther. It is a happy holiday where people wear costumes, make lots of sound, and (adults) have a drink or two. The kids were very into it this year. Their costumes were inspired by their favourite passtimes - Star Wars for the boys and Sleeping Beauty because she is the "dolly who wears pink"
